What is the Canmore Hotel & Lodging Association?

Dear Site Visitor,

I am inviting you to join the growing ranks of the Canmore Hotel & Lodging Association.

The Canmore Hotel & Lodging Association is the official body of representation for Canmore Hotel and Lodging properties. Established in 1997, the association represents the political and economic voice for transient accommodation providers in Canmore, as well as providing a forum for owners and managers to discuss issues that affect tourism and the lodging industry in Canmore.

The Canmore Hotel & Lodging Association consists of 30 member properties, representing over 1400 hotel rooms, suites, and condos. We are currently working towards expanding tourism marketing of Canmore, the development of community programs (scholarship, festival), and an annual event for regular and associate members (curling / golf).

The CH&LA has a regular meeting on the second Tuesday of every month. Traditionally one of the member properties hosts the lunch once a year. At the meetings we often have guests introducing their products and services, new programs, and information on issues that may impact your business.
